A. Tickets are sent
electronically via email or by U.S. mail, to your home address or to your
Hawaii hotel - you decide on the checkout page.
Q. How do I get
directions to the activities I book with you?
A. All pertinent information,
including directions and/or pick up locations and times will be stated
directly on your tickets.
Q. What is your
cancellation policy?
A. Customers may cancel
no later than 48 hours prior to scheduled activity – no refunds for cancellations
made within 48 hours or less. There will be a 5% service charge on all
cancellations made by the customer. A full refund will be given if the
activity is cancelled by
the vendor.
Q. Prices... Fees?
A. We represent some
of the best activity companies in the islands. All prices listed on the
site are direct from the activity providers themselves - there are absolutely
no added fees and no gimmicks.
Q. What kind of
service can I expect, if I book online throught this service?
A. You can expect
prompt service, your tickets via e-mail or mail (as you prefer) and a phone
call reminder, when possible, at your hotel, condo or cell phone, just
before your scheduled adventure. You may view your itinerary online
at any time, after booking.
